International Angelman Day – Raising Awareness, Inspiring Hope
Every year on 15th February, the global Angelman Syndrome community comes together to mark International Angelman Day (IAD)—a day dedicated to raising awareness, supporting families, and driving research forward.
Angelman Syndrome is a rare neurogenetic disorder that affects communication, movement, and development. While there is currently no cure, International Angelman Day serves as a powerful reminder of the strength and resilience of those living with the condition, as well as their families, caregivers, and advocates.
